AJAX 1.0 Issues: sys undefined and object required

There can be issues with custom controls. We have had multiple sites working with ASP.NET Ajax or ATLAS for about a year now, and we had a lot of issues when they project switched from the CTPs to Beta releases. After we fixed the issues, we haven't really had much trouble other than some controls not being supported in updatepanels.
