I think that message is a customize message by the website builder,it not an error message.
This issue not a techno-problem.

What version of firefox? Some very early versions did not support XmlHttp which is pretty central to Ajax.
What we're saying is that we don't think this message is coming from ASP.NET AJAX, but from something else on the site. ASP.NET AJAX supports any recent version of Firefox (about 1.5 and up, IIRC), and itdoesn't support IE5 (IE6+ only), so this is not a message relating to ASP.NET AJAX.
To customize that error message, you'll have to find what on your site is generating it (I assume you're the owner of the site?) and change it. I don't think we'll be able to help you here.
