Looks like the AJAX toolkit is missing
Hi,
Error code 500 indicates that an exception is thrown on the server when it processing the request.
It's hard to tell exactly what's going on by this error code. The best solution for such problem is set a break point at the first line in the method that fills the cascadingDropdown and step through it to see what's going on.
